We are excited to announce recent enhancements to our Dashboard widget settings creation process that are designed to streamline the setup process for our users, making it more intuitive and efficient.

Introduction of Preconfigured Presets

For customers new to widget customization, we've introduced a simplified starting point. Upon setting up a widget for the first time, users will encounter the "Choose Theme" page. Here, they can select between a new Light theme or the traditional Dark theme. This choice provides a foundational style upon which further customization can be built, or users can dive directly into personalizing their widgets to suit their needs.

Quick Selection of Presets

After initial setup, users can effortlessly switch between Light and Dark themes directly from the widget settings. This feature serves as a convenient baseline for users wishing to create personalized versions of their widgets, adapting the preset themes to their specific requirements.

Favorite Settings Option

We understand that navigating through numerous settings can be time-consuming, especially when specific configurations are frequently used for customization or demonstration. To address this, we've added a Favorite option. This allows users to mark a preferred widget setting as a 'Favorite,' making it the default setting displayed upon opening the widget. If a new favorite is chosen, it will automatically override the previous selection, ensuring the most relevant configuration is always at the forefront.

Duplicating Widget Settings

Previously, creating slightly varied versions of the same widget setting—such as those with different watchlists but identical color schemes—could be cumbersome, requiring manual recreation. With our new duplication feature, this process is no longer a hassle. Users can now duplicate an existing setting with ease, making only necessary adjustments without the need to start from scratch.
