More Flexible Freemium Access for Trading Platform Users

Recent updates to the freemium experience make access to premium content more adaptable, more localised, and easier for users to understand. These changes improve how premium access is managed across trading-platform experiences by reducing friction at key moments and making balance requirements clearer for users in different markets.

Temporary Access

We introduce a temporary access period when a user's account balance falls below the required threshold. Instead of losing premium access immediately, eligible users can continue using premium content for a limited number of days while being clearly informed of their status and how to restore full access.

This creates a smoother experience during balance-related interruptions. Users retain continuity for a short period, while the platform provides a more direct path back to full access through in-product messaging and clear calls to action.

Multiple Currencies Support

We also added support for balance thresholds in multiple currencies. Rather than relying on a single balance amount for all users, the platform can now match the required threshold to the user's account currency when a market-specific setting is available.

This makes freemium access more relevant across regions and helps users understand exactly what is needed in familiar currency terms.
