AnalysisIQ and the Research Terminal now support a new Compliance-Friendly Mode, giving brokers a more flexible way to present market insight in jurisdictions with stricter regulatory requirements. The update helps firms deliver useful analysis in a format that is more clearly positioned as educational or informational, rather than direct trading advice.

What's New

The new mode introduces a more compliance-conscious presentation across key parts of the product experience. When enabled, action-oriented trading language is replaced with broader analytical terminology, helping users engage with market insight through a research-led lens.

Terms such as trade ideas and buy or sell signals are reframed into more neutral language, including analysis, bullish, and bearish sentiment. Price levels are also presented using technical analysis terms such as support and resistance, rather than trade-execution terminology.

At the same time, more execution-focused elements are reduced or removed. Specific entry pricing, performance-related information, certain filters, and other trade-oriented cues are hidden in this mode, creating a cleaner and more regulation-aware experience.

Why It Matters

For firms operating across different regulatory environments, presenting market insight in the right format is critical. This update gives brokers greater flexibility to serve audiences in stricter jurisdictions without needing a separate product setup for each use case.

It also improves how the platform can be positioned commercially. Instead of framing the experience around direct trading prompts, Compliance-Friendly Mode supports messaging around research, education, technical context, and informed market awareness.

The update is not limited to a single widget. Compliance-Friendly Mode extends across AnalysisIQ and into the wider Research Terminal experience, including overview views, insight modules, and related content surfaces.

That consistency matters from both a user and product-positioning perspective. Teams can present a more unified research environment, while users benefit from a clearer and less execution-focused journey throughout the platform.

Availability

Compliance-Friendly Mode is available through the product customisation settings and applies across AnalysisIQ and relevant Research Terminal components where market insight is presented.
