We are delighted to welcome Loïc Alexandre Chevalier to the Acuity Analytics team.
With eight years of programming experience in everything from front-end website development to technical support engineering, Loïc joins the award-winning Acuity Analytics team as a Technical Support Executive working from our Barcelona office.
In this role, Loïc will be responsible for liaising with Acuity customers to resolve any queries relating to data and technical services, advising prospective customers on Acuity integration and operational support, developing design solutions with implementation documentation, and providing our Product and Technology teams with insights on emerging customer technology trends.
Having worked in numerous customer-facing technical support roles, Loïc has an extensive functional skillset. He’s proficient in coding languages like JAVA, JDBC, JUnit, JPA, JAXB, JAX-WS, SQL, XML Schema (and more) plus fluent in French, Norwegian, English and Spanish. He says being able to communicate efficiently is one of his greatest strengths.
Barcelona’s Acuity Analytics team was launched in 2021 as Acuity Trading underwent a significant period of expansion and development. This involved opening a new R&D business hub and acquiring fintech technical analysis company, Signal Centre.

Loïc, who holds an Associate Degree in IT Networking and multiple WEB JAVA engineering certifications, is a strong addition to Acuity’s range of experts. He becomes Acuity’s third hire in recent months, following new Marketing Manager Rhys Jenkins and Business Development Lead, Jack Lawrence.
