We are delighted to welcome Ramona Florica-Bala to the Acuity Trading team!
A current Business Management Undergraduate Degree candidate at the London College of Contemporary Art, Ramona is excited to join us in a key administrative and organisational role. She is joining Acuity Trading as a Business Administrator working from our Poole offices.
In this position, Ramona will be responsible for helping our growing team reach its goals by providing vital administrative and organisational support to the HR, Operations, Sales, and Marketing departments. She will use her sharp attention to detail and time management skills to assist employees across all areas of the business.

As a former hospitality worker, with a law degree, Ramona is prepared to do just that. Her diverse professional background has given her invaluable communication and people skills. She credits her creativity and ambition for helping her succeed in various careers, and she’s proud to bring her international experience to Acuity with fluency in English, Spanish, and Romanian.
Acuity Trading serves a global client base as a scale-up fintech company with operations in the UK and Spain. Ramona is a great addition to this world-class team. She becomes Acuity’s fifth hire in recent months, following new Technical Support Executive Loïc Alexandre Chevalier, Marketing Manager Rhys Jenkins and Acuity Analytics interns Inés Broto Clemente and Carlos Moyano Gravalos.
